Event website

The setup and provision of your own web instance in your corporate design provides the basis for initialising a seperate website with an integrated registration process for each event and filling it with content.

Once set up, any number of event websites can be created with just a few clicks. No knowledge of programming is necessary.

Central management of participant data

Board members, press or the employees of a foreign branch: Our all-in-one participant management system allows the management and administration of different guest categories. This means that different needs, requests, and queries can be catered for on the website and in the registration process.


Flexible registration process

You can configure the appropriate registration workflow for each event, including individual registration forms and waiting list as well as pre-registration functions in next to no time. The registration process can also differ within an event depending on the group of participants. In addition, a hotel booking process including the management of room allotments can be integrated.

Personalised participant communication

Today, personalised (digital) communication with participants is essential for the success of an event. Efficient invitation management is carried out with the help of a flexible invitation design and integrated dispatch. Registration confirmations, invoices, booking changes, and waiting list information etc. are also sent this way.

Tickets/admission management

A range of price and ticket categories are generated for different participant groups at the push of a button. The system automatically generates e-tickets with individual QR codes and sends them to the participants together with a name tag. Participants can check in by scanning the QR code with a contactless check-in app. This allows status changes to be transmitted to the system in real time.

Ticket sales/payment processing

For ticketed events, the system generates a tax office compliant invoice based on the data entered by the participant during registration. The invoice is sent automatically together with the confirmation of registration.

If you wish, we will happily take over ticket sales and the entire processing of payments for you! This streamlines your bookkeeping considerably, removing the need for time-consuming activities such as sending out payment reminders.

Participant feedback and reporting

Thinking ahead to the next event! The software makes it easy to obtain feedback from participants. This enables you to analyse the potential for improvement of your events and use the information when planning future events. The reporting function allows flexible and easy-to-configure reports that can be exported at the touch of a button.

Support service

Our personal support service is always here for you! In the preparation phase, we support you in setting up your event website and participant communication. During the registration phase, we take care of all queries from your participants. You can add on additional services during the event, such as on-site support by a project manager or the provision of hardware. We will also be happy to assist you with the evaluation of your event reports in the follow-up phase.

Our servers are hosted in an ISO 27001-certified data centre in Germany. In addition, the processes are continuously audited by an independent data protection officer.
