Board members, press or the employees of a foreign branch: Our all-in-one participant management system allows the management and administration of different guest categories. This means that different needs, requests, and queries can be catered for on the website and in the registration process.
You can configure the appropriate registration workflow for each event, including individual registration forms and waiting list as well as pre-registration functions in next to no time. The registration process can also differ within an event depending on the group of participants. In addition, a hotel booking process including the management of room allotments can be integrated.
Today, personalised (digital) communication with participants is essential for the success of an event. Efficient invitation management is carried out with the help of a flexible invitation design and integrated dispatch. Registration confirmations, invoices, booking changes, and waiting list information etc. are also sent this way.
A range of price and ticket categories are generated for different participant groups at the push of a button. The system automatically generates e-tickets with individual QR codes and sends them to the participants together with a name tag. Participants can check in by scanning the QR code with a contactless check-in app. This allows status changes to be transmitted to the system in real time.
For ticketed events, the system generates a tax office compliant invoice based on the data entered by the participant during registration. The invoice is sent automatically together with the confirmation of registration.
If you wish, we will happily take over ticket sales and the entire processing of payments for you! This streamlines your bookkeeping considerably, removing the need for time-consuming activities such as sending out payment reminders.
Thinking ahead to the next event! The software makes it easy to obtain feedback from participants.
